Amanda Squire is a retained Executive Search Consultancy, built upon the personal experience of the owner Amanda, a professional senior level recruiter with a proven track record of placement of Senior Management, Director & Board level people in multiple FTSE 250 organisations. Amanda's own work experience includes 16 years as a senior manager in financial services prior to her successful career in specialist recruitment. 

A key differentiator is a strong personal touch and attention to detail in a success orientated environment, where understanding the client's needs and culture are of paramount importance. Coupled with an equally high importance placed on the candidate and their requirements of future employers. 

Using a pure 'head hunted' approach, candidates will typically be high achievers, excelling in their current roles and well referred. Frequently securing candidates via an extensive network unavailable to other search companies to ensure a client receives the best of the market place. 

Acutely conscious that the consultant is an ambassador for the client. Normally working exclusively on a retained basis thus avoiding the risk of potential candidates receiving multiple approaches.
